Over the course of my professional life, I began to see a need for programming after receiving many projects that could be done by a computer. I started to read more about programming, designing small applications that increased company workflow and proficiency.
Once I built a few programs, I would try to come up with better solutions and different ways to solve a problem. It was a lot of fun because there was only so much I knew and I love to learn. I think one of the really rewarding things about programming is that a programmer has to use their problem-solving abilities on a daily basis.
I am a Launch Academy graduate. Launch Academy is an eighteen-week, coding bootcamp, one of Boston's most established, where I developed as a Full-Stack Web Developer. Shortly after graduation, I began working as a Software Developer.
“We are a product of our environments. The landscapes shape us. I designed a clean site to showcase the work of others. In the morning, I drink coffee from a tin can. I paint. Then I go outside. To see the day. My motto: Why not? When you see your own limits, it is only you who can see them. I see someone who is capable of the sublime, anything.”
“I have a long track record of improving company workflow and self-motivated learning. I was inspired by technology in college when I took a course in C++ programming. My coding bootcamp experience at Launch Academy, in Boston, is a great example of how I thrive in a fast-paced, intensive learning environment.”
“In April 2015, I thru hiked the 2,200 mile Appalachian Trail, from Springer Mountain, Georgia to Mt. Katahdin, Maine. It took me four months and three weeks. I went through many physical and mental challenges during my journey. Some of the most valuable lessons I learned was believing in people and staying focused on what's in my control.”
I invite you to connect with me on LinkedIn or Twitter. I am currently looking for a Web Developer position, so feel free to contact me.
